The account owner or administrator has the primary access to change account settings. The owner/administrator can add multiple people and provide them with regulated access to alter settings as well.

To update your business address, head to your Dashboard and select Business Settings. If RapidCents is unable to verify the new address automatically, you may be asked to provide additional documentation to verify it.
