Activating your RapidCents account is a straightforward process. We'll need some basic information about your business, product, and your personal connection to the business. Once your account is activated, you can start accepting payments within two hours to one business day.
Our KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations require that we collect and maintain this information to comply with our financial partners and regulators, and to prevent any misuse of the financial system. We review the data you provide internally to make sure it follows our services agreement. If we need any additional information, we'll be in touch.
After activating your account, you won't be able to change its country. If you want to use RapidCents in a different country, you must set up a new account.
