If the bank account your payout was sent to is closed, the funds will be automatically returned to RapidCents and paid out to your new account. This will only occur once the funds have been successfully returned to RapidCents. To ensure your payout is sent to the correct account, please update your bank details before the payout is in transit. As it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to be returned to RapidCents, we recommend getting in touch with us after this time if the payout has not been received.
