When you receive an email about an unrecognized login session, it is important to review your RapidCents sessions and take appropriate action. You can view information on past logins and sign out of any that seem suspicious. To add an extra layer of security, we recommend enabling two-step authentication. This will require a unique code, sent to your mobile device, whenever someone attempts to log into your RapidCents account.
