If you have lost access to your RapidCents account due to the absence of your two-step authentication device (e.g. mobile phone) or backup code, there are a few ways to regain access.
For account owners, contact us and provide detailed information about your account to confirm your identity.
Once we confirm your identity, you'll be able to sign in using your password. If you are not the account owner, the primary account owner or an account administrator can reset your two-step authentication from the RapidCents account in the Team settings page. This will send you an email with a link to regain access to your account.
