Troubleshooting "Your card does not support this type of purchase" error?
If your customer is using a virtual debit card, they may need to enter a PIN to complete the purchase.
Additionally, if the card was issued in a country other than where your business is located, cross-border restrictions may be in place. Your customer should contact their bank to determine if this is the case and if the restriction can be removed.
Lastly, corporate cards and FSA cards can only be used for certain business categories such as travel or healthcare.
