Your initial payout will be available in 2 - 5 business days after you add your bank account and take your first successful payment on RapidCents. This delay allows us to mitigate some of the risks associated with providing credit services. You can confirm your payout schedule and estimated payout timing in your Dashboard.

This initial payout timing requirement cannot be waived and any changes made to your payout timing or payout method during this time will take effect after this initial delay.  Your estimated payout date can be found in the Balances page of the Dashboard. If you do not receive your funds by this date, it may be related to account verification or bank processing time.

Please check both your Dashboard and email to see if we requested additional information from you to complete this process. Additionally, banks may add extra days, including weekends and holidays, to the processing time. Once the bank has finished processing your payout, the funds will be automatically deposited into your account.
