Ensure your email address is correctly entered in your Profile settings.
Check your junk/spam folders and mark any RapidCents emails as 'not spam' to ensure future messages are delivered correctly.
Check your mail filters for any redirects and consider third-party filtering services, such as those used by companies, which may be blocking the message.
Note that RapidCents only sends email receipts for payments made with a live API key or Dashboard. If you are awaiting an email verification confirmation, navigate to your Profile settings, confirm the address is correct and click 'Resend verification email'.
If a customer did not receive a receipt email, locate the payment in the Dashboard and click 'Send Receipt' under Receipt history.
