Yes, refunds can be issued for payments made through Contract. To issue a refund:

1. Access the Transactions Section: Navigate to the payment in question from your RapidCents dashboard.
2. Select the Refund Option: Choose whether to issue a full or partial refund.
3. Confirm the Refund: Once processed, the refund will be returned to the customer’s payment method, and both you and the customer will receive notifications.
