How do I handle refunds for transactions made through Payment Links?

If a customer requests a refund for a payment made via a Payment Link:


  1. Log into Your RapidCents Dashboard
  2. Find the specific transaction associated with the Payment Link from Transaction History.
  3. Click on the transaction and choose "Refund." You can specify whether it is a full or partial refund.
  4. Complete the process, and RapidCents will handle the refund to the customer's account.
