Step 1: Sign Up for an Account
- Visit the RapidCents website and click on "Sign Up."
- Fill in the required business information and complete the registration process. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 2: Access the RapidCents Dashboard
- Log into your RapidCents account using your credentials.
Step 3: Choose Integration Method
- For E-commerce Platforms:
- RapidCents offers plugins for platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Go to your platform's plugin or app store and search for the "RapidCents Payment Gateway" plugin.
- Install and activate the plugin.
- For Custom Websites:
- RapidCents provides a robust API for custom integrations.
- Go to the API documentation section in your RapidCents dashboard for details on how to implement the API.
Step 4: Configure the Payment Gateway
- In your RapidCents dashboard, locate the integration settings.
- Enter your merchant credentials (API key, Merchant ID, etc.) to connect your website to the RapidCents payment system.
Step 5: Set Up Payment Options
- Customize your payment settings, including accepted payment methods (credit/debit cards, ACH, etc.), currency options, and other preferences.
Step 6: Conduct Testing
- Use the sandbox environment provided by RapidCents to test your payment gateway integration.
- Ensure all functionalities work correctly, and monitor for any errors during transactions.
Step 7: Go Live
- Once testing is successful, switch from the sandbox mode to live mode in your settings.
- Start accepting real payments from customers.
Step 8: Monitor Transactions
- Use the RapidCents dashboard to track all transactions, manage disputes, and review payment statuses.
