How do I set up recurring invoices?

  1. Log in to Your RapidCents Account using your credentials to access the dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Invoices Section by Clicking on the "Invoices" tab in the main menu.
  3. Create a New Invoice by Entering customer information either manually or by selecting from saved contacts.
  4. Select the type of payment as Subscription or Installation (based on your  service requirement)
  5. Provide the billing sequence, Start date and End date(only for Installation).
  6. Add products or services as line items along with quantity and amount.
  7. Customize Your Invoice by adding taxes and discounts.
  8. Provide Invoice number and due date.
  9. Choose to enable the expiry on due date which is optional.
  10. Send the invoice to your customer via email. Customers will receive a link to a secure payment page where they can complete the transaction.
