Configurations are the business switches under Settings. The title and description on each switch come from the server. Two switches have fixed warning text in the dashboard: fraud prevention and forced 3D Secure.
Who can use this. Settings is available to an admin or a super admin.
Before you start. Changing a switch affects later payments. It does not rewrite payments that already have a status.
Steps
- Open Settings, Configurations.
- Read each title before you change it.
- Fraud prevention uses Enable Fraud Prevention on the payment forms when the business switch is on.
- 3D Secure uses Enable 3D Secure. If the banner says 3D Secure Enforced, you cannot turn that requirement off.
- Tax and surcharge checkboxes on an invoice use the business tax percent and the surcharge choice. The invoice screen states that tax is calculated on the subtotal before surcharge.
- Save. Configuration added or removed toasts confirm the change.

After you save or submit. The next payment link, page, invoice, or recurring payment you edit can use the new values. Existing paid transactions stay as they are.
Example. Example only: Example Cafe turns on fraud prevention, then creates a payment link with Enable Fraud Prevention checked. A later fictional blocked attempt is visible in Fraud Analysis. Cafe does not look for that block on a link created while the setting was off.
Troubleshooting
- The title is blank. The dashboard prints the title returned for that configuration. If the server sends no title, do not guess the switch. Leave it and contact support.
- You cannot change 3D Secure. The business is forced. The banner explains that an administrator locked it.
- You wanted a test mode switch. This dashboard does not include a test mode or live mode control, and it does not publish test card numbers.
