What if I need to issue a refund?

To issue a refund for a transaction processed through the Virtual Terminal:

  1. Access Transaction History: Navigate to the "Transaction History" section in your RapidCents dashboard.
  2. Locate the Transaction: Find the specific transaction that you want to refund.
  3. Select the Refund Option: Click on the transaction to view its details, then select the “Refund” option. Follow the prompts to complete the refund process, including specifying the refund amount if it's not a full refund.
  4. Confirm the Refund: Ensure that the refund has been processed successfully and notify the customer of the completed transaction.
